The Latest Activity page shows the latest attacks in GEWar, most recent incident on top. You can read about attacks on occupied and unoccupied cities, nukes shot and about cities abandoned by their owners.
If you want to check attacks on someone's armies outside cities or homebases you can check her/his GEWar profile.
