It's funny, we are told these products are safe by way of sale, however here most are saying their bad? Hmm, welcome to conspiracy.

Now as for pork I will say this. It depends on where you get it. As a veggie, I don't care to eat it, but I am not stupid about its taste. The best pork by far is from a trusted butcher. NOT wallmart or any store such as that, but a old homegrown butcher who knows the pigs well. It's not the pigs that are the problem, is the feed, the water and a whole host of other conditions that make pig horrible. It's pretty much the same for all farm meat. If it ain't from a butcher, you might as well be eating the dirt they crap in.

Two more to list are any Corn sugar (frucrtose/glucose) aswell as GMO. Yes, that's a huge list (except for Europe), but GMO crops have never been tested for consupmtion, and those test that do exist have shown in males, after three generations you get sterility. Yep, eat that GMO soys...it empties away your boys.
