no money

i am currentally not getting any revenue from my resources, normally this would be ok, but atm i need the income and my armies are going to die soon, i think my cities are not paying out either.

About a month ago. Cities and interest are added every 5 minutes though. Maybe you reached an equilibrium where your troop costs are exactly the same as your 5 minute income.
