A new Maine-based reality TV show premiered this month on the cable channel Animal Planet. In the first three episodes of North Woods Law Maine game wardens don night vision googles to find poachers, deal with a lost black bear in a Portland neighborhood, take up a high-speed ATV chase, and conduct a back woods stake-out to arrest hunters who illegally hunt birds from their trucks.
When I was fishing this winter I lent them my sled to chase down some folks. But don't think that made the show. Some mass folks with no tags wouldn't stop for em, and my sled was right there and, um, was a tad faster. Was great fun. Doubt it made it though cause last episode is tonight and timelines wrong.

Proven guilty. At least most the time. Amazing show and the slant. One of the wardens is s complete jerk, but some of them really are great guys.
