"Time is an illusion, lunchtime doubly so"
The kids are home for 4 days over the holiday. fine, no worries. But last night the wife and I spent 10 minutes trying to find a show that was being recorded Sun night, and of course it was Friday... Pretty sure we sent em to bed at normal school bed times too.. Opps.
We of course equated kids all home for two days it must be Sunday. I didn't wear a watch for 20 years or so, just decided to start a year or so ago (find the thread if you care) Since I do not do a cast in stone schedule I kinda need the watch to remind me what day it is now and then.

We have alot of clocks in this house. I tend to collect old ones. So all the kids learned to tell time young counting cookoo's or Westminster chimes. Of course the problem is when they can tell time they then use that against us regularly... But my wife is a habitual late person in remission, so I figure it is a good thing the little monsters inform here when the time to go, arrive, eat, sleep, or well anything arrives. I am pretty anal about being late, if I am late then there was a real good reason...
