评选规则：

中国玩家选喜欢的外盟玩家，先预选，每人最多5个，至少1个，可以说明选此人的原因，也可不写，预选5-10人开新帖子，正式投票，大家点选。

前三名有奖金，Hi141出资1K，一等奖 500g 二等奖 300g 三等奖 200g

关于奖金问题：由141个人出资，，因为刚刚reset,1Kgoes相当于141 十天的全部矿产收入

Honestly, I didn't even know this was going on? All I gotta say is I've talked with a few of you. Fought over words and other crap, and in the end, all I have to say, is despite a few setbacks you guys have shone threw thick and thin. This idea from Hi141 was great. I wish, like Hasenzahn already said, there should be a lot more coming from the WTO, like "The sweetest girls in Gewar" or the "Biggest Saver in the game" or something like this.

outstanding warrior and leader of TLI, always a fair and just moderator.

hhmira wto公认的，值得尊敬的敌人，1年前我曾与他接触很多，他的很多观点很启发我
A respected enemy voted by WTO, had lots of contact with him 1 year ago and some of his personal views really inspire me.

dic101 有几个wto的老队员在预选投了他，我不知道原因
afew of the old timers in WTO voted for him, I dunno why....

indienestmonnom wto的好朋友，有很多当选的理由，与我在qq简单交流过，但了解不多
A good friend of WTO, lots of reasons to be selected here. Had some conversations with him thru QQ but did not understand each other well enough.

I dun like this guy personally, he is always baised against us, but i respect the results of this voting.
