I would suggest that you would be able to click on a member of an alliance and see where his/her armies are, troop numbers, and where they are going to.
Adding a view when you click on "Your Alliance" A window that would show City, owner of all cities that belong to members of the alliance.
Another window with that that would show all cities that the alliance occupied in the last 24 hours that are no longer part of the alliance.
Also the ability to allocate troops owned to armies. IE you have 3 armies. army 1 has 10,000 troops and army 2 and 3 have 100 troops. You move troops from army 1 to army 2 say 2,000 troops and move troops from army 1 to army 3 say 5,000 troops. This would have to be done in the same city, or home base.
