Hmmm, apparently I missed the part about you have to own a city to transfer money. Isn't there anyway you guys could make it you have to own an oil,diamond, and cotton field to transfer? It probably also limits people who can play the games as most players dont have a city.

BTW this has nothing to do with the game started for the football game.

Nope, sorry.. you have to own a city to use the bank. Think of it like the bank teller is in that city ;)

Ok, so there are currently no unoccupied cities.. go take one by force, there are loads of cities with small populations that wont have huge armies in them ...this *is* a war game, y'know.
