Got a request on the Help Desk to return Belize, Belize to the available cities...

I know I was a little confused because I know that I owned the city for a time back in the day.

I thought that that thread settled such.... Alrighty then! Belize is not a city on GEWar, merely due to the fact that, although it has importance and significance, Chetumal, Mexico, a larger city, is too close in proximity.
