Nish is the secund largest city in Serbia,but third most developed(Novi Sad is beathere developed)

As of quite a while ago, no new cities were being added. The thread can remain as a reminder for later when the moratorium is lifted.

Hahahaha, actually Kosovo's independance is not yet recognized by the United Nations and is therefore not official. Kosovo = Serbia.
