I ordered some products a while ago from a chinese site.
It's not the first time I ordered there.
But this time it went bad.
I paid, but am not receiving my products.
Some others are having the same problem, but some are receiving their products.
It's a huge shop, but not completely honest.

Whenever I email them, I don't get a response.

But when I'm emailing them with another email adress that I'm having problems buying something due to something technical(or an excuse I make), I get a response right away.
Same email adress.....in other words: I'm being ignored.

So I'm asking if there's someone within China that can phone a guy called Sam Han from www.e-cig.com (http://www.e-cig.com) for me?
If there's anyone that can, then PM me. My payment for that would be in geos if you can get it solved or if you can make them answer an email I sent.

Not just an unknown company.

But when it goes wrong, language barriere is a big problem. I can't speak Chinese, and their English isn't too good either.

Here they are considered big. They deliver to a LOT of shops here.
But don't look at the translations though :p
The dutch translation is awfull. Done by customers also. Hilarious.
But it was said that they can only really speak Chinese, and that causes the problem.

The problem is this(not in total details):



It's about ordernumber 1730.
In which case they said they never got the whole amount of money.
I sent a second amount of money, but they only sent me 2/3 of my order. They said it was because they never got the whole amount.
They never came back to me about my second amount.
So I lost on 1/3 of my order + a second transfer.
I now want them to transfer the money back asap :)
But they are ignoring me.

北京的公司 在慈溪有销售网络，是很正常的。

网络上确实存在太多的骗局，但是据 luke 的描述，初步判断为语言沟通障碍导致

Not only in China, but in any country you have good and bad companies. I buy a lot using internet in Brazil, and was cheated a couple of times already...

As everyone know, Cheat happens.....

No that's a different order.
After that they told me they indeed didn't send everything. I had to pay a little more, and then they said they never got that amount. My bank says they absolutely did. Then they started to ignore me.
They never even asked when I deposited it.
They told me they didn't send the remaining amount, so they can't say now they did. I have the email where they say they didn't send it. But after that there was never a response again. They just ignored me. That was also after they couldn't really understand me.


Alsoon the other post: the Ruyan isn't great.
I've tried the Ruyan. The cigarette from E-Cig isn't good either, but I didn't order an E-Cig there. Just liquid and stuff.
A real good e-cigarette would be the Janty or Partysmoker, which I both own. Much better than the Ruyan, though the Janty is affiliated with it. All e-cigarettes are made in China.
The Ruyan is good quality, but too expensive and not a lot of smoke.

They responded I was actually right, and they did get my bank transfer.
They couldn't return money, but I was allowed to pick some stuff from the shop and they would send it.
So just waiting for them to actually send it, and then i'll reward those who helped :)
Both in the thread and in PM(different amounts for different amounts of time spent...officeman won the most by far, thanks officeman).

This was a totally different minigame :D

Anyway...it became something like a principal to me that I wanted to fix this. If you know you are dealing with a fraud, you might give up because you know you've been had. But as I knew I was dealing with a real company, and this ordeal was based on a miscommunication due to language barriere, I wanted it solved. :)
