Some city improvements would be nice. as the nuclear shields are already in effect, i'm guessing this wouldnt be as hard, although you'd have to check the city status at a lot more times then just when throwing a nuke.

here some examples:

Fortifications: Defense Bonus

Baracks: Troop cost decrease

Clown school: Increase city taxes (huh?)

Wizards tower: Commanding Influence +2, Range of Vision + 5, Mana reserves +100%

French Embassy: The option to surrender

School of Law: You get 1 more reserve warning from araT from each level

Red Light District: Unlocks the dark side of Gewar

Well, you get what i mean.

Red Light District: Unlocks the dark side of Gewar

Can we combine those two?:)

Okay I think clown school is pretty good and then when I came to French Embassy I just laughed till I hit the floor. But then when you brought up red light district I became excited could you expound more about the dark side of GEWAR Tim. Please

I didn't want to make a whole new thread for this suggestion, and it falls under the title of city improvements...

How about having each city show the number of unique owners it has had? "This city has changed hands xx times." Be interesting to see how often a city is sought after.

Now this is a great idea !! woot !!
Barrracks ! to lower troop upkeep just in the city I think...
city fortifications, bunkers... ! giving an added bonus to defense. you lose less troops when you get attacked ? by 25% ?
a market /stock market... increases/decreases the tax based on 1 comodity... if that stock of an item increases by 1.2% so does you taxed amount ! ooh ... that would be tough...

I can't think....
