View Full Version : General's orders.
Timmetie 01-08-2006, 09:01 PM This last time i was thinking (tripping), and i realised that a general usually isnt too important for tactics. I mean, the general (ha.) outlay of a battleplan is pretty straightforward, you just move forward (ha.).
But one thing a general is important for is morale. So i'm proposing this new feature. When attacking, you should be able to shout encouragements to your troops through the microphone. the one who shouts the hardest gets a bonus ofcourse. This would both help the active players, as limit the amount of battles.
well, what do you all think?

Ziggot 01-09-2006, 05:41 AM I think Timmetie wrote this to raise his post count I mean this is the most ridiculous feature suggestion I have ever heard of.

Maybe (read:most certainly) but imagine how funny it would be if you saw someone just randomly shouting stuff at their computer:cheesy :D
The major floor being that you just need to play a sound from your speakers into or directly to the microphone to have a loud sound:'(
It was an awesome spur of the moment idea while it lasted.
socrates 01-09-2006, 07:04 AM hahahahahah and the louder you shout in to the mic, the more your troops morale will improve/// hahahah
this is hilarious... sorry tim.. but its funny...
Entropy 01-09-2006, 07:21 AM Someone buy Timmay a mike and let him shoutcast his commands to all gewar players! :cheer
Timmetie 01-09-2006, 08:04 AM noone thought i meant this seriously right? was trying to lighten the mood a little with luke being flooded with things like "add a working economy", "remove Timmetie from the game", "Get us 20 kinds of troops and 50 kinds of tactics".
AND the agree would be fun.
