You're a Newb so you don't know, but this city has been suggested before, and Blitz (adder of the cities) has a reason why you cannot do this. I do not happen to remember what it is. You can PM him and find out, though. :)

The reason why this city can't be added is because it will be too close to other cities.

Edinburgh was added by my predecessor, but it was always WAY too close to Glasgow. I moved the city to Aberdeen's location.

has aberdeen still got the value of edinburgh or did you chage dat?? :(

I left it the same - not fair on the occupier at the time. Edinburgh was 450,000 Aberdeen was 200,000 and something, not a massive difference.
