You know little about how WTO works, and consider that there still exists treating. So you try to extort evidences from someone who really knows much about WTO. Unfortunately blankaesop it is not a hasty decision at all, purefrost was given every opportunity to notify us of a shared ip, we added this to the rules at reset, he had plenty of time to read them. He then denied sharing an ip at all, when the evidence was shown to him, he finally agreed he did infact share an ip with his "brother", who has turnt out to be him. We do not allow dup accts in the game, we also do not allow shared ip's if we are not notified.

These are clearly stated in the rules and if broken we are taking a 0 tolerance view of them, there will be no more second chances, purefrost had more than one chance and still cheated, hence his almost certain banning.
