Since i have no idea who the hell runs the UN alliance here.... i have decided to post this thread.
I have had questions from both my members and UN members regarding this and I was quite sure The Whirlpool Alliance had arranged a Non-Aggression Pact with this alliance.
It seems hell is breaking loose and i want to get to the bottom of this.
I've requested all our members stand down, and i request you also do the same until we have resolved this issue.
Will the leaders or decision makers of UN alliance please contact me, and myself only, as i am the leader of the whirlpool alliance, not my members, as its causing a big confusion.
Thank you.

If you want peace, I suggest your alliance does not attack friends of alliances that are offering you free cities in exchange for peace.

GDI and UN have peacefully settled several disputes in the past by means of peaceful exchange. When we offered you the same, you attacked a city which we were generously offering to you, so don't be surprised if people are reluctant to make peace with your alliance.

I can't quite recall the exact situation you're talking about (was it with me directly? or with another member of my alliance?).
Lets put it this way though, we've already got plenty of NAP's with too many alliances, and its making it very difficult for us to expand into asia already as is... to make one with GDI would be just adding to that, i mean how exactly are we meant to get bigger and better if we run out of cities to attack..?
UN NAP was something we settled a while back and since then there's been questions about it, and i wanted clarification.
