Congratulations to the 2007 FIFA Women's World Cup Champions - Germany. If I'm not mistaken, they are saying it is the first time they have had back to back champions in the Women's World Cup. Also, Germany did not give up any goals so they became the first time in either Men's or Women's World Cup that a team has gone on to win the championship and not give up a goal in any of their games.

1st place - Germany
2nd place - Brazil
3rd place - United States
4th place - Norway

(it is unfortunate that in Brazil soccer is so important, but people here give a shït when the women are playing. Seeing those brazilian gals going to the finals is really exciting, specially where many of them does not have any kind of sponsorship, and some also doesn't have a decent house to live or a decent food to eat or a decent field to practice).

Congrats to Brazil also... They deserve the best campaign they have had in all brazilian women soccer history :)
