hehe you cant do that....well maybe someone could but youre talking credit card fraud....That is why they require a validation. The address will have to match the card number. Im sure there is some kind of security.

I used to use freeservers...you will have a name like www.whatever.8m.com no company name. If you want a .com you will have to pay. Sorry that is how it is for the most part.

I used to use awardspace, you don't get the domain name, but you could register for a .co.nr domain name. Awardspace should work well, no ads, good size and php and MySQL, ftp access and crontab. I know you said com, but co.nr still works really well.
