Simply create a new thread each time you have some requests. If you have more requests later, start another new thread. Having separate threads will make it easier for me to keep track of things. Thanks!

Populations for the game are checked by me using Wikipedia ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page ). I may also use another couple of sources to make sure Wikipedia is around the mark. Sometimes Wikipedia reports popultion figures over 10 years old, therefore I may use another site for a more accurate population figure. Population figures are also based on the "urban population" as some cities sprawl out further then the standard Metro population limit.

I would like to request Kolkata, India be included in GEwar. I checked on wikipedia and it said the urban population was 13,216,546. Here's the link for Wikipedia.
