Most stuff from over a year ago is saved for posterity, you just gotta know how (and sometimes WHERE) to look ;)

Why are so many of those questions subjective?

hokay, I'll hint up a little.....

1. Can be found.
2. Could be in a post somewhere - Or it was a LOOOONG time ago, but at worst it's a 1/3
3. Most likely a post about it. (memory may be needed on the circumstances of the first ever reset)
4. Subjective, but Games Master has my answers so I can't change to suit another player.
5. A good guess is needed, though most likely ther would be a post at the right time of the year. (at worst a 1/18)

I tried this (on my own so far) and failed miserably. I got 5 right and had a guess on 3. I searched the forums for a while and looked up the your post list, which gave me the last 500 only out of 2340 ;raincloud

I didnt read them all (you've put up and denied alot of cities), but got lazy and just scrolled through the search's preview list for alot of them. ;icoffee

I can confirm that 2 respondants have got double figures.

It is close, but I believe it isn't over yet. All those that have sent in answers can still send me a new answer sheet if they think they have found an answer, or want to change an answer, but remember that this answer sheet will over write the old one, so you aren't getting a second chance. (this is why I wont reveal anyone's score until the end)

i think you should give the top 3 scores, that way those who are up there will try harder to get a couple of more just to beat the others...

by now anyone who was planning on trying would have already done so, so you wont be detering anyone who sees the scores and says to himself "wow, i cant get that high so i wont try"

Wont say who, wont say exactly how much, just to point out that I don't believe this competition is over by any stretch. There are some easy ones in there and some thatr require a little more "outside the square" thinking. Just have a go.

I will also note that Red Ivan had a go within half an hour of me posting the questions and got 16/20. Admittedly he would be pre-disposed to know a fair bit more about me than the average player due to alliance ties, but still...... And Brendo researched a bit more and got 17/20. These two are not eligible due to being in my alliance, but the answers are gettable (as I'll show you when I post the final results and wrap up).

The leasder of this GUARANTEED game for geos has got 13/20. some people have posted answers and got a few hard one right, from memory, but not bothered to check on some really easy answers by searching here, or on GEH.

That aside, he has plenty of humour in his blonde little head, and not a small amount of smarts (I shudder to say intelligence). I found his style of "modding" hilarious! But for the most part I am the lone ranger.

It was interesting to see a historical perspective on how the game evolved, I even read today about when the current mods were discussing how they were gonna take over after Mikey was stepping down. Alot of the stuff you guys moaned about then I've taken for granted now, but the game would be nowhere near as good if some of those features weren't implemented.
