Okay here it is I am going to be raffeling off a city for a price of 20 geos you could be the proud owner of Timbuktu. Okay here's how it works you send me your geos. I will then send you a number corresponding to who sends geos first. It will start from one and go up to how ever many tickets are purchased. You may purchase as many tickets as you want to. And someone is guaranteed to win a city. Unless the fullfilled requirement of 5 tickets is not met in that case you will be refunded your money and the raffle will start over again. The raffel will take place on thursday night or sometime on friday. Do not worry I will not cheat you out of your money. Also to make this completely fair I will not be accepting applications from my alliance that way I won't be cheating anyone. Also I will not attack you for a period of at least 5 days unless I am provoked by you. If you wish to enter please Pm me and send your geos to ziggot. If you don't have a city and you would still like to enter please pm and I will try and make arrangments for you to compete in this momentous occasion where we will raffle off the dream city of Timbuktu!

Not responsible for any attacks upon city by other persons other than myself after winning the city. If you lose a percentage of 2 geos will be returned to your bank account. Thank you for playing and have a nice day.

Edit: I will also repay everyone back if I happen to lose the city being raffled off. I will also decrease the cost of a ticket to a more reasonable 12 geos. And once again if you don't have a city to send me the geos than talk to me and I will work something out.

I wouldn't buy a raffle for a city of Timbuktu's value, but it's a good idea.

it would be a laugh i reckon coz there would be bad men out there who would purposefully steal your prize 2 piss tou off (me not one o them i nice :) ) but i thinl a better idea would be geo lottery (maybe one o the administrators could set this up ;) where irs a weekly rawnd you enter 20 geo a ticket the more tickets ou buy the more likely you win, could be big geos in this 4 ppl, jus an idea :eek:

This isn't a new idea actually, we had a thread discussing this. The rich could invest in their stocks, while the poor could buy lottery tickets. It should be run by the server of course.

Okay I have made some changes if you haven't noticed in my first post. First off I have lowered the required amount to purchase a ticket to 12 geos. Secondly I have changed the city to Zouerat, Mauritania. This city is worth a bit more and if you hold it for at least two days you will recieve your geos back. Now if you don't have a city to send geos to me. Talk to me and I will let you pay me once you get a city. Plus the winner of the city will recieve four geos back whereas everyone else recieves 1 geo back. I mean this is a good deal you could win a city for 2 geos more than the cost of a 100 man amry which could never get a city now. Okay just so you won't feel scared to enter I have decided that I will not attack the city at all as long as you own it once you lose it though the raffel is off and the city is up for grabs for me if I even want it that is. Now who is interested must enter by today or on early thursday.

yea this idea sucks only because the loosers will probally attack the winner or if not I might as a good joke
