I actually combined the population of Waterloo and Cedar Falls (they are adjacent to one another).
This would be the second city in Iowa and is outside of Des Moine's sphere. I know you want to focus outside the US, but I thought I'd offer up this one just for the heck of it. If you can do it, great. If not, oh well.
