I must ask everyone who has questions about the game, or problems, to place your question in the Helpdesk instead of PM'ing me.
I know it has been said a lot of times(and is on the page where you type your PM), but nothing has changed still.
My inbox is currently sooo full, that PM's from over a week ago are still unanswerred because I can't answer them all(remember that besides each new PM, every answerred PM also gets a reaction again).

If you have a real emergency, email me then using 'Contact Us' in the bottom.
That way I may finally get all the older PM's answerred as well.

I'm sorry for any inconveniences, but you have to understand I cannot answer 100+ PM's a day myself. That's what we have the helpdesk for.

That's what we have the helpdesk for.

And you can pm the rest of the staff, if there is something you need the answer to I can almost certainly bet we can answer it for you. If you do not wish to have it put in the helpdesk then ping one of us, we will do everything possible to help you out.

No PMs! :666

Use the Help desk I mean really. One staff you do PM might be busy.. A bunch of staff see the help desk. ;lame ;hippy

More heads woking on your problem. Isn't THAT better?!? :beat

Can't we all just use the Help Desk, the Suggestion Boards, the feature boards and all the other boards meant to keep Luke from burn out?!?!

I'm sorry for burning Luke out on occasion, but sometimes the resonsiveness of the help desk leaves a little to be desired. For instance, I have had a bug entered into the help desk for over a month with no response.

Also, there are certain mods who do a good job, and there are certain other mods who do an okay job. Seeing as Luke is ALWAYS fair and attentive, it is hard not to go straight to him.

Maybe overhauling the help desk responsiveness (with well thought out answers) could be an action item for the crew?

yes, we know that bug exists and there were some that took advantage of it before the reset. don't really know what kind of response you wanted to see there. :'(

This morning I woke up and I had this little tickle in my throat and I tried to cough it out and it just got worse and now my throat is raw and I'm halleucinating from drinking a whole bottle of cough syrup and normally Luke would help me with this problem but now I don't know what to do--help.

You do not need to apologise, I understand why you would go to Luke, he is always helpful and courteous.

The problem we have right now is most of the things players go to Luke for we could deal with ourselves and also it would mean that Luke is spending less time having to answer basic pms and this time can then be spent on trying to get the new game up and running.

If you have any suggestions for the helpdesk responsiveness, we would welcome them, we are here to help you and like Luke do try to be fair ourselves. :)

Go get another couple of bottle's and make sure you gargle at least one of these bottles, also make sure they are different flavours, as you know variety is the spice of life. Anyway having drunk the extra 2 bottles it might be best to now speak to your GP as you have probably overdosed and need to see medical attention. If the problem persists try bourbon.

And yet another reason to post in the help desk instead of pming Luke...

We can solve most problems...if not, the moderators can contact Luke or the correct person to figure it out...and if we have to do that...we can tell them about a number of things in 1 pm instead of 10 pm's from different players....
