FACT: Heraklion is the jewel resource city. It receives 4% of all the jewels earned. There's no limit on how many jewels you can collect before you cash in. So Luke gets like, 30,000 jewels and then just cashes them in.

And whoever owns heraklion gets admin powers.

Think about it. If luke really had admin powers than why would he need a city? Wouldn't he just be able to create his own made up city when he needed to check game play features? Instead he always holds that city, cause he "needs it to monitor game play." Bunch of lies upon lies.

There's been so much jeweling going on that luke realizes that if he ever lost the city even for a little bit that he might lose it forever. Its why he wants to put the jewel limit into effect, so no one can challenge his vast wealth.

Very serious indeed. But I disagree... I think him talking about limiting jeweling is merely reverse psychology. He is a madman playing with our heads. I need everyone to stop jeweling right away. We're only feeding Luke's power. EVERYONE NEEDS TO START SAVING AND STOP JEWELING AND ATTACKING. We have to build up our banks to fight Luke. That's why he wants us to stop saving so much, he's afraid we'll be able to beat him.

we can negotiate any of our cities with anyone we want. until we conclude any deal, why do you care who we negotiate with. as i said, until the alliance agrees, and in particular king falcore, who holds the city agrees, no deal is taking place.

Alright, to make this game more interesting, I just merged all the resource cities into one: Cape Town. This city now gets all four resources, banking interest, and espionage. Of, and taxes have increased to 70%, not 4%. Oh, and it has Admin status. Though nto as much as heraklion. Which I own, by the way. Well, off to bed for me. Ivan try not to create too much havok with the million an hour you are pulling in. War Out.
