Some of the rounding works a bit off...

Basically, cash in hand is 11.47 geo's on the right panel.

On my alliance screen it shows as 11.48 aswell as in the shop.

Not a huge one, I just WTF'd at it.

I believe round is always down. If you have 99.999 geos in the bank, you can't draw out 100 because you don't have 100 but you can withdraw 99.99 and have an invisible 0.009 geos in the bank. I would guess it isn't worked out in the alliance page correctly.

Funny thing, my bank account always has 0.01 geos which I can never withdraw.
