i occupied then dlking occupied 9 times. my army thinks it is in the city, but nothing else says so.
also i added 5k troops as soon as i occupied. now the city got nuked and my army disappeared. do i get compensation for the bug?

Apparently, it does not matter any more:
The city of Changchun was nuked by Lucid DreamPM . 3 defending armies were killed in the battle. dlkingPM lost the city.
Was one of the three armies yours?

i edited above that i had 5k troops in there that are now disappeared. i shouldn't have been able to be nuked while he occupied the city so i should get 5k back

I think your armies was nuked and all dead.
