The most important thing about jewel hunting is to have plenty of beer readily available...no beer = no jewels..

and seriously...the first few hundred suck..but then you get into the zone and the pain goes away!!!!!

don't give up..don't ever give up....

and make sure you use hhirma's jewel list (search for it)..it's one of the best ones!!!

Did you search for "hhmira jewel list" like Wildcat1976 suggested?

yea i did and i have it but the list brings me to the actuall place and the jewel thing brings me off the coast of africa

it might be the version of google earth i have, im not sure

I'm confused then, if the jewel list brings you to the Pyramids of Giza, the jewel should pop up. I don't understand whats bringing you off of the coast of Africa.

go to www.googleearthhacks.com and try searching "giza" or "pyramids of giza". download that and go to the location. if that doesn't work, stop using that screwed up beta 4 version and go to the regular one for jeweling.

The longitude and the latitude. Usually it's in the bottom right or left hand corner of the screen.

Ok. Copy and paste these coordinates in the search bar on google earth.

That WILL take you to the jewel.

sounds like you're having serious GE problems.
go to tools>options>cache and clear both the memory and disk cache's
then try to gather the jewel again

Try waiting for it to load or clicking on the jewel again.Or try clearing the cache, clicking the jewel twice, yelling and cursing when that doesn't work, downloading Beta 4 again, also downlaoding Vista x64 by accident, learning your keyboard's drivers dont support 64 bit and never type/enter jewel codes again :p
