Troops led by the Dark Lord Darth Ferret (seen here in a file photo) have entered

AL-GEwaria offices. The Dark Lord who is right hand of reported missing AL-GEWaria editor RomulusJ, is reported to be angry at the lack of articles being posted while the Over Lord was away for Canada's Thanksgiving, the attacks by this Odysea person and reported declaration of war on Newspaper members.
When a brave intern asked Darth Ferret what his plans were, Darth Ferret replied "House Cleaning." Darth Ferret then ignited his light saber and went hunting for reporters, saying "If I need to kick your ass for articles I might as well just kill you and hire new people."
Luke was spotted at the paper chanting "RedRum... RedRum..." and dancing a fine little jig.

[snip - We don't need a quote from the article above. Ed.]
As I have said prior to this information, There is no war on Newspapers, Odysea's aim is to perfect the strugling Newspaper, but there is however a takeover battle... The Story continues... :sealed

The citizens of GEWar need to step in line. Al-GEWaria is not obliged to go to print during public holidays. Contrary to popular belief, Thanksgiving does not fall in November, but rather falls in October.
For all those that missed out and are worried that there may be no Turkey in November considering there isn't actually a holiday then, I happen to have one or two turkey sandwiches left over. Maybe a piece of pumpkin pie....(Burrrpp...)...Nope, just the sandwiches. But you'll have to share so speak up quick ;)

Please define struggling.
I believe AL-GEWaria published their first article on 9/4/2006. Since then, including today, there have been 524 posts. That's approximately 14 posts per day. Our fearless leader, Luke, only averages 13.47 posts a day...
hmmmm?????

Conspiracy Theorists have already unleashed their ramblings upon us. An informant close to the Conspiracy Geeks Council of GEWar, has passed on the following information via E-Mail. The entire, un-edited message is as follows;
Dude,
You gotta check this out! Word around the camp fire is that Darth Ferret .... is RomJ.
One of the geezers down here said that he heard a few wispers down the local boozer about RomJ not being kidnapped at all. Turns out that the kidnapping was set-up to try and gain some interest into the paper when the guys were having what they called a "Mental Block".
No-one knows quite for sure, but there needs to be some serious investigations about it. Needless to say, these Conspiracy nuts are going mad for it. There are pocket-protectors and retainers everywhere. All the PCs are on 24-7 and the internet connections are maxed with the research and such.
Gotta check out before these nuts find me sending this to you.
Peace out
FliD
So there you have it guys. Something to think about.

Al-Gewaria should not succumb to certain holidays or beliefs. Thanksgiving is only popular in North America.

Correct-a-mundo! Unless a specific calendar is officially stated as being adhered to, then Al-Gewaria should run 24-7-365.
