CosaNostra77 requested Huntington, WV. Well obviously I am for the addition of this city. It's a small city but has "character". How about making it a resource city. It could be a smaller resource city that newer players would have a better chance at.
What resource you ask? Well, West Virginia doesn't offer much but it does offer......COAL....It wouldn't be much...maybe 75% of what the cotton fields produce or something like that.
Probably the biggest issue w/it is that it would be too close to another resource city (30-40 minutes)
