I think we need a way to deal with the fact that all asian cities are crammed full of people in real life. Problem is when people first start they don't think of putting their base in Asia. So what we've got now are hundreds of people fighting over underpopulated N. American cities, while just last week a group of newbies each claimed some huge newly added Asian cities, and now they're like 5th on the alliance rankings.
If anyone would like their homebase reset all they need to do is PM us and we will take care of it, they can then re-place it :)

So what your saying p0wder, is that you'd like to see the value of Asian cities reduced? If value were to be calculated differently and based on value of life and wealth in the country then that would solve this problem. Underdeveloped Asian and African cities value reduced and highly developed European and American cities value increased. Something like value being based on HDI (human development index) and gross per capita income.

Hahahaha
Nah, p0wder's post was 9 months ago (you could have had a kid in that time), It is ironic that p0wder ever did complain as he was a prime example of how being online when I went on a adding rampage can really set up an alliance. (GDI anyone ;) )
That "problem" self regulated itself, like many do.......
