I would like to request Quebec, Canada to be included in GEwar. I checked on wikipedia and it said the urban population was 682,757. Here's the link for Wikipedia.

I checked on Google Earth and the coordinates are 46.49N 71.18W

I also believe that it is not too close from Montreal or any other cities already included.
