I keep getting this error:

The security codes do not match.

For admin troubleshooting:
scode: 8213381
currentjewelscode: 9821339

after I click on the jewel and then click on yes, instead of the code verification coming up this error message come's up instead.

It looks like your explorer is caching the previous jewel cookie.

You need to do 2 things in internet explorer.
Go to the options and make sure it accepts all cookies.
Next go to your Temporary Internet Files options in the explorer and check the box that says 'Every times you open a page'(sentence may differ slightly as I'm translating from the dutch version here).

Now try again.

Open Internet explorer.

tools>internet options...On the "general" tab in the temporary internet files box press "settings">then tick the "every visit to the page" circle. press ok, ok and try again.

For me anyway.

I just cilck it again and then I can enter the code and move forward

This has been happening to me too, I dunno about before the reset. And some locations seem to be more frequent such as Ayers Rock and Sugar Loaf.

Hmmmm good point there.

It's on random but maybe it should make sure it's never in the same location.

Why is everybuddy still using that ****** ** Internet Explorer....
I use Firefox and I haven't had any problems.... ;)

Especially internet explorer in combination with Google Earth.
It's a pain.

Microsoft products in general are ******* useless, I use Mozilla and I use Windows XP :o , but i also use Linux so i have a variation

I've got Firefox, too, and I've never seen any of these problems (except for the frequent jewel location repeating). ;)
