It's officially the northernmost city in Europe. Its also the northernmost city in the World, but that depends on definition or somesuch. Northernmost with a population over 6000 anyway.

I'm adding Alta, instead, plus three other cities in the area: Kiruna, Rovaniemi and Lulea.
