Well the capital city (Suva - 18 09'41.54S 178 25'03.69E) isn't all that big. Around 200,000 I think but Fiji's location would make it an interesting tactical location.

And just as a passing thought - for these small islands wouldn't it be fairer to recognise that if you control the capital you probably control the whole island? The Fijian pop (around a million I think) would be a fairer return for Suva imho.

The South Pacific has a lack of big valuable cities but making the smaller islands worth a fraction more would make it a far more volatile region.

Hmmm... wait a minute... more volatile and value means more people and competitors down here.

I think it's a fine idea to consolidate several small islands in a country into a single virtual city. But Blitz is the one to lobby. Maybe send him a few Geos to help him make up his mind... :)
