Bangkok was nuked today in fierce fighting by MARS. The armies of Boom999 where obliterated in the explosion. Casualties are unknown at this time but believed heavy. Already hazmat teams and civilian rescue teams are on route to the devastated city. When asked about the attack MARS had this to say "BOOM999's army went BOOM."

After brief fighting between hostile medical teams and competeing Press corps. Bangkok has been secured by LOW Medical Teams lead by Doc_Highlander.

The civilian population is still hiding in their shelters expecting the carnage is not yet over.

Bangkok scene of MARS horrific nuclear attack on BOOM999 yesterday recieved a brand new Energy Shield 1000 from the LoW Nuke Shiled factory located in a classified instalation.

Knowing their city is immune from nuclear exchanges until Admins gets bored and randomly remove shields again the citizens have started to come out of their bomb shelters to get medical treatment at Doc_Highlanders MASH units. Apparently Medical treatment was to late in coming for the unnamed man on the left.

Some partisans tried to constrain the altruistic work of doc_highlanders medical troops! But the welltrained forces of the good could beat them down!

Here the results of the short fight:
The city of Bangkok, Thailand was attacked by Peonboss. No defending armies (2,433 troops) were killed in the battle. 4,784 attacking troops were killed. doc_highlander retained control of the city.

More attacks are expected. But the new goverment of Bangkok tells us to be well prepared to answer the aggressors.

Little hint for other players.

Title: How to attack a city with minimal troop upkeep.

Method: Find an player from a rival alliance, send 100 troops to the city with an accompanying PM requesting a resize changeover. Resize and kick his lilly arse. You have successfully attacked a rival at only the troop upkeep of a 100 troop army.

I did not "ask" to borrow the first city. I took it by force and then agreed to abandon it after I trooped up. The second attacked was not the same city I abandoned; but a larger more substantial gem of a city.

Just a lighthearted non-trainwreck post... a LoW member tricked one of the guys in my alliance out of two multimillion cities then paid back to compensate for the confusion, but the pament was less than the cost of the mix-up, which I feel was planned.
