The avaiable bonds have changed:

Now there are only 3, lasting 7, 14 and 30 days.

The interest rates:
40% for 7 days
90% for 14 days
175% for 30 days

Your actual bonds will still pay what they should when they should.

it still makes more sense to go with the shorter bond, it gets more profit.

7 days at 40%, done twice (covering 14 days) gets 96% profit, better than the 14 day bond

And over 28 days, gets ~280% profit, much better than the 30 day bond.

Hey, more smilies!

This fixes things, but the 14 and 30 day bonds need to have their return raised.

Oh, and just for kicks, the bank does better than the 30 day bond...

And none of these bonds are getting *loads* more than the bank would, the 14 day bond is only 20 geos per 100 geos invested more than the bank, and the 7 day bond is only 10 goes per 100 geos invested more than the bank.

Plus, in the bank, you don't have that nasty "lose your city and lose all your investments" problem.

Maybe bank interest should be reduced? :sad

Edit: Why do I suddenly have this feeling that I'm making a lot of enemies...;)

You dont, I was about to say the same.... nevertheless i`d raise the bond interests instead of lowering the bank interests....

Yeah really. We don't need another way to make less money.

Even though I'm a bit disappointed I can't make big money off 1hr bonds anymore, I think in the long run it's better to have bonds as long-term investments... that's what they really are after all.

I'd imagine so speedfreak - we have to make the longer ones work out to be worth more than more lesser ones for the same period of time. - if that makes sence
