Sorry, new player here.
It says in the FAQs that resource values fluctuate.
Roughly how often? The last week and a half they seem to have stayed the same (I check every few hours)and I'm sat on enough oil and cotton to keep Nike making polyester track suits and cotton t-shirts for a very long time. I seem to remember Oil peaking at 0.2 Geos a couple of weeks ago, but now it's been stuck on 0.1 for a very long time.
I did try and search the forums for an answer.
