I think we should try the old way....unlimited 100 geo tickets. Nobody "rich" yet and it would be a big time risk right now....be fun to see how many people buy....would they spend all their geos???? hehehehe and win nothing? or hit it big....

Are we any closer to re-opening the lottery? The reset is a week old now, and I actually have a few Geos to spare. The Lottery is always a good place to spend those excess Geos...

I hate to say it, but that was kind of not working. Sorry, Hix- although you were ery smart to buy out the tickets before.

I think not. Plus, limiting the tickets to one per person gives non-hardcore players like myself something to fair to do.

It seems like time to restart this at least with some price to a ticket, be it 10, 50, or 100 Geos per ticket.

By now worrying about inequality is moot, since the tables are a long way from being equal. Right now, the people who've owned cities like New York and Tokyo are well beyond the financial means of someone who, for example, has owned the city of Trabzon for the whole time since the reset. To say nothing of the lucky players who own the resource cities.

Seems like this would help the lesser players make up some of the financial distance.

That would only happen should the wealthy players not participate. Chances are, they will. And if Mr & Mrs Sarge don't enter, it will be luck of the draw who wins. If Mr & Mrs Sarge do enter, chances are that one of them will win. :D

Aahhh well that is obviously because in ancient Hindi the name sarge means wealth on your family, or as we now interpret it Good Luck...or I may have just made that up...but the lottery is a good way for me to waste 10 geos every so often.

Was meant for a reason. When you could buy unlimited tickets, it would mean if someone would buy all tickets, he would always lose a little.
Now it stayed that way....who knows perhaps for a future bonus city :)

Yes, I agree. It should still be a relatively low amount of geos, definatly under 50, so it's still affordable for new players, but can still be a casual flutter for the average player, with a reasonable reward.

After the draw on the 26th aug, the lottery tickets will go back go 100 geo`s per ticket ;drunk ( still only one per player).
