it says that becuse he oownes delhi which has 19 mil city vakue so cant jewel anymore

There are a lot of advantages to becoming a donator. Read the thread on it, as it doesn't cost much to get some pretty handy extras.

I know that there are extras to being a donator, just look under my name. There are also a lot of extras for people who have a sense of humor.

Slanlepr - I dont think he was trying to convince you to become a donator in the first place, I think he was talking to the original poster :)

NimChief - As has been said, the problem you encountered was because you had too many other resources and sources of income, if you wish to continue jeweling after you reach that value you can donate (http://www.gewar.net/forums/subscriptions.php), here is a list of the benefits you recieve when you donate (http://www.gewar.net/forums/faq.php?faq=new_faq_item#faq_donations) ...Otherwise you will have to lower your value before you can continue jeweling. :)
