I will be temporarely reducing the total amount of PM's you can store.
Due to several reasons, I need the database to be a little smaller the coming 2 weeks, and therefor you will notice you can't store as many PM's.
You can always save your important PM's on your harddisk.

It is necessary as hundreds of people really have 1000 or more PM's stored.
You can imagine what this does to the database ;)

i think this is wrong because if you are not on at this time you just lose out...this i think is not fair to the people who get nuked and didnt have a chance..you might as well just do a reset after this, because alot of people i think will be upset when they are on the shortside of the stick..

seems to me the new version is on the horizon soon. i could be totally off base on this but... between the 10k geos for whoever comes up with the best lay out for the new and improved game and the nuke sheilds vanishing as a taste of things to come it sure looks possible to me. it may seem unfair that some peoples cities will get nuked while they sleep, thats pretty much how it is. accept it or don't ya know that ya cant stop playin this game its cyber crack

So some might be sleeping indeed, but this will just be an example of how it might be in the new version. You can't buy a new nuke shield until the old one expires, which may indeed be in your sleep.
But then again Nuke's are harder to get there.

Me myself....I actually hope every city on the entire globe gets nuked...but that's just me :)
Actually some of the crew even asked me to take away the option to buy a new nuke shield for a while. But keep the nukes in the game. I didn't do that, but that IS a great idea though.

Nuclear Bombs

For the right price, you can purchase a nuke a destroy an entire city in one shot. However, city owners can purchase a "nuke shield" (for a higher price) if they want to prevent such attacks on their city.

After a city has been hit by a nuke, it goes into a 18-30 hour holding period where it sits unoccupied while the radiation dissipates. Once the holding period is over, the first person to occupy the city gets it!

Note: You will need to own two cities to be able to purchase a nuclear bomb.
