2500GEO LIMIT FOR RESOURCES AND BANK INTEREST:
If you don't own a city, you won't receive any resources when you reach the 2500geo limit. Neither bank interest.
When you reach this limit, build an army and take a city or town to keep on receiving your resources and interest.
*Note: You won't lose money if you lose all your cities, you just don't get any extra resources. Also if you own a city, you can collect interest and resources no matter how high your bank account is.
Only donators (http://www.gewar.net/forums/showthread.php?t=438) are an exception to this rule.
Army Upkeep Cost:
You now really have to pay for your armies.
So be carefull how big you make them.
If you reach the 0 geos minimum and you are still going in debt, your troops will start dying.
Need a city to transfer money to other players:
Instead of just a mine, you now also need a city to be able to transfer money to other players. You can still receive money from other players.

You can't hold onto more than 10,000 resources(except Uranium):
You need to convert your resources before they hit 10,000(cotton, diamond and oil) because you can't hold onto more than that. At this moment you can hold 1,000,000 of uranium.
