I'll up the ante, find a cheater in China Alliance/Fight For China/Asia Force China & Co., and get him banned, ask luke to message me ill pay you 6,000 Geos (offer only available to allied members in "reputable" alliances. Reward subject to evaluation prior to payment, to eliminate people creating accounts for the purpose of making money).
