It makes it easier for the one and only city adder. But I did have a feeling that Blitz was the only one. I mean buddy, Zinc :o Zinc doesn't add cities as such, but he has access to the city database and has allowances to change city populations or move cities if he finds one cities has a neighbour bigger than it, but both cannot be added. (you might remember zinc's population update threads that gave me huge headaches), I have the final say, but there are 2 of us :) Blitzkrieg P.S.
