There are a few Pantheons here and there but the one people normally think of as the original is in Rome.

Religious places/things have always been sold to the highest bidder(it's all about the money$$$$). Besides, I think selling over bloodshed would be the ideal way god(me) wants it ;)

There are a few Pantheons here and there but the one people normally think of as the original is in Rome.

Well...Pantheon yes, but I believe it was a typing error and should say Parthenon here, which ofcourse reminds everyone of Athens.
