I love the Respect bonus and the payments.
So how about using it to stop players sitting back and saving until the anticipated reset.
Could it be linked to the amount that you could hold in your bank account?
5000 x your respect meter with a minimum of 10K?

what about we reduce the number of total cities
according the average number of active players (log in daily) x 5

30 x 5 = 150 cities

activity would grow quickly :D
