Dude you admit in line one this is a dupe for your old account. And was created and used back then. Why should you get unbanned?

If you really wanted to you would ask Luke in PRIVATE and beg. And then come back with a new name and attitude.

no, it was the industry we were able to build on the cities, some had nearly 20 mil value cities where they were only rly 40000 population

Actually i made this account after the first 1 was banned, it has been banned for 4 years now

No need to continue in this vain in my opinion. What's done is done, we are where we are, and Luke's decision has been made clear HERE (http://www.gewar.net/forum/showpost.php?p=238486&postcount=10). Nothing else to say on the topic really and it has been explained by the "head honcho", so for the protection of all involved....
