Right, so a few things on this matter, the original one (loced and HRH), plus a little from another post.

While it is nice to see HRH tell some truth, it well is only some truth. Telling ain't it. The whole CapeTown reference is kind of misleading HRH, after all, I did tell you what I wanted to do before I gave it back to 3rd (not you inparticular). I said, and I have the PMs, that I wanted to make some of the money back I had used up defending the city against our (at the time) mutual enemy WTO, I didn't care about the attacks as they help with points, but I did say that, to which you accepted! Towards the point of me returning the city you were whining and b****ing about the fact your alliance didn't have your precious back, I was rather close to this mark, and was going to hold it for a bit longer just to make a few extra bucks for our 3 man alliance. Afterall, I did say I was going to hit WTO (not anymore WTO, I don't have a problem with you guys). So, while I was still trying to make the money back, as per my request to you, YOU the little annoying mouse you are, kept blah blah blahing me in PMs 'give me my city back or I'm a gonna get my mommy!' It was at this point I got annoyed and told Loced that I was going to just give it to him after I made my money, so he could make some cash. I didn't care about you b**tchin. You really made 3rd look like crybabies babies.

Then, to my surprise, I am attacked, moreover nuked! Wow, I mean, 3rd backing out of a deal, well not really surprised. Oh, well, that's how 3rd is I guess. After this, 3rd decides to go to war with us. Starting out with two or 3 of you, then a larger number. Doing my best I attacked, defended (more of the latter) and tried to do what I could with a team where one member is busy with stuff, and another who just had a girl (congrats again Joe). It lasted quit some time, even with your buddy alliance finishing me off, for you. I have no regrets in these battles by the way, nor am I complaining about going to war. Far from it, I'm pretty happy that our small alliance of three took on the mighty and feared 3rd army, with all the resources of a big alliance. So, in the end, I have nothing, I have a small amount of geos that were used on fighting off goliath. Now, I am pretty much out. Cause, really I have nothing to fight with. Which leads me to part two.

Why newbies leave. After my dealings with the babies, I realized that this is what it can be like for a new player. You save and have a few cities only to be attacked by an alliance member and see your whole world plumet. Either you reluctantly bow before them pleading for a city to own, or you go to war. A war you cannot win. By the time your money is out, you realize that you aren't going anywhere in the game, and it's pointless. The fact is, the major alliances are all chumy. It is very hard for newbies to get in these alliances. Some of us have been playing for 5 years. It's quit hard to come to a new school and just be accepted. So, what to do? I think this will never be answered, though after dealing with such a situation, I can see at least one side as to why they leave.

Oh, and 3rd, I hold no ill will towards your alliance. Everyone has 'that' player who just can't keep their word, and patience. Some accept, in this case one cried.

You told me about Irkutsk, as I don't have privy to your PMs, I told you I had to wait for Loced to talk with me. As written above, I have a hard time speaking with him, as he isn't around all the time. Patience I ask for, and you obviously need a dictionary. Unlike your alliance, I said that I hold my leaders (Loced) opinion at the forefront because he is the alliance leader. Since I started with him this round, that is what I told him I would do. Go with his orders and follow them. Maybe you don't understand that, but Loced was the one in talks with JW and as such I have to see what they come to, before I would hand over a city prematurely from our deal!


Ask anyone. If I say I'm going to do something, I do it. You just couldn't wait, like that kid in school who had to have what he wanted when he wanted. You know, the one everyone disliked.

Sorry 3rd, in this case, the reality is your alliance is coming out looking the worse. The fued was fun, but really, is HRH your spokesperson, cause his first statement of the thread was a false truth. He backed out, and made 3rd out to be babies, and tries to blame me? Seriously 3rd! Get your act together and get a proper PR rep.

TANSTAAFL You get to play this game cause me and others like me donate and support it. I try and buy a donation for someone else every 3 months, I seem to remember I even bought you one once. So either support it or shut up. Luke allows people to play for free and with out much penalization so if you do not wish to support the game, fine. But do not think for a second anyone is going to listen to your crap. In fact I am thinking a new feature... Non donators limited to one post a day or 144 chars or something. Or maybe they can read all the forums but only post on one. You should get less privileges than the donators, cause we make an effort to support it while you refuse.

Good for you, I on the other hand do hate him and just like him I don't hate either but unfortunately hes given me no choice here.
