Not really any sort of bug with the game but it's annoying that when I ignore someone in chat they can still annoy me by ignoring me and unignoring me and leaving a reason. It opens up a window with their message even the point of ignoring them is to not hear from them. e.g. /ignore GEfourtwenty
He still ignore and unignore me to send messages to me.

THIS ISN'T A DISCUSSION THREAD.
It is a question about a feature of the chat system wondering why /ignore doesn't block all messages from a user.
If I don't want to listen to someone, that's my business.

Absolutely. It's basic chat etiquitte (yeah, I know that's a foreign word to some of you) to leave someone alone if they ignore you. You might now think it's a valid reason, but it doesn't matter. In the real world, if you do this it's called "harassment" and it's there are legal consequences to it.
*Edit (didn't answer the question): I don't know why it doesn't block all messages related to that user, but I seriously doubt there's anything the admins can do about it.*

I didn't think it'd be likely but there's always the off chance theres some option like
NOTIFYWHENIGNORED=TRUE
in some .conf file that could be changed to FALSE.
