I've been wondering if there's any scope in an official loan system through the "World Bank" - you can only borrow so much (2.5kG?), and repayments are at a fixed percent, per day.

Maybe better suited in Feature Requests though.

No need. It was suggested before.
But will never happen :D

The problem is multiple accounts, and people not paying back but just quitting.
And people who already wanted to quit but just taking a loan to get back at someone they disliked before quitting.
