Berlin??? It's over 400 kilometers away from Berlin. I mean "Frankfurt am Main" and not "Frankfurt an der Oder".

I also agree that the areas with hardly any cities should be filled up first...

Might be in the future, but not now.
Europe has too many cities, and Germany has way too much for 1 country.
I say first go for other parts of the globe.



ps: not to mention at least 7 people would have to move their homebase

I agree, I think America is fine for now also.
Spin the globe around and you'll notice lots of places without cities :)

Yeah, lack of people living in a city can really drive down it's population! Central Asia will be busy looking soon. Not much we can do with Australia, but I did add Alice Springs (for what it's worth)
